Great experience could not recommend more. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Blake helped me find the perfect car. I felt like my time was respected and valued at Krause, unlike how I was treated by other dealers who try to waste your time and pressure you into buying something you don’t want. With Krause the whole process has been so smooth and painless. On the day I came to pick up the car and finalize the paperwork I was in and out in under 45 minutes and half of that was spent on a pre purchase test drive. Blake is an exceptional salesman who does not push to sell but instead answers questions honestly, offers guidance patiently, creates a warm, hospitable atmosphere for all. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and treated us more like relatives than customers.
